Collegiates

In order to represent the various members of the Production Chain involved in BIM in a representative manner, the creation of a COLLEGIATE structure was defined:

  • COLLEGIATES were created to allow the participation and representativeness of all those involved in the Production Chain, but WITHOUT ALLOWING THE DOMAIN and / or PREVALING THE INTERESTS of only one interested party;

  • Each Collegiate is entitled to 2 or 3 seats on the ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD;

​

  • The members of each COLLEGIATE elect their representatives to occupy the seats to which they are entitled in the ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD;

​

  • They only elect when the number of COLLEGIATE members is at least twice the number of seats.
